Term &Condition

1) Please remit  30% deposit to our “SIM KOA YEN A/C No EON Bank Berhard  0080100018606” within 30 days before your visit ,we will process your order immediately after received  your deposit . Failure , your booking will unable to process.
2） At within 30 days after booking has been made you may change your schedules and/or  cancelled terminate, postpone but the 30% deposit will not be refundabled.
3） Any problem occur and unable to control at the orchard during or before  your visit ,we have right to cancell your order and return the 30 % deposit. But the visitor  not allowed to claim  any compensation due to this matter.
4） If during your visit we have lack of durian we will change your “ Durian Buffet ” to normal puchase.
5） The Balance of 70% must be paid in term of cash ONLY at before of the buffet served.
